I have been trying to contact customer service for the last month. I bought the jessica Simpson inspired engagement ring and one of the side stones has fallen out.
beautiful ring, but no one seems to answer the phone or return emails about replacing the ring.
I get an email saying we will contact you in 24hours that was over a month a go!!!!\
would like some customer service
