Do you carry half sizes in rings?
We only carry whole sizes at this time. When in doubt, it's wisest to move half size UP to the next ring size, especially with a wide band or 2 ring set.
What is rhodium?
Rhodium is a precious metal of the Platinum family, is found naturally and mined with Platinum, and actually has a higher melting point than Platinum! It's one of the strongest and shiniest metals found on Earth!
Rhodium is used extensively as a high polished finish in virtually ALL modern white gold jewelry. Like Platinum, Rhodium is incapable of tarnishing due to age or use, which guarantees this jewelry will never lose it's sheen!
What is the difference between gold plating and gold layering?
Gold plating is a gold metal wash over high quality metals such as stainless steel and high quality jeweler's brass. Gold layering is actual 18K gold heavily layered and electroplated for added durability. Standard industry amounts of gold used in layering is 20 Mils (or 20 layers). ALL of our gold layered jewelry is 100 Mils (100 layers), FIVE times the amount of the norm! What is the guarantee or warranty on your jewelry?
GOLD & RHODIUM JEWELRY: Your exquisite new CZ jewelry is coveredy by our unique 100% ironclad Lifetime Replacement Warranty (click to view a copy of the actual warranty). If at ANY time after purchase your jewelry chips or suffers any defect of any type, you simply send the original warranty and jewelry to address listed on it's face (blacked out in the copy here for security reasons).
Please fill out the form (included with your jewelry) completely before sending and make sure to send the package with delivery confirmation to the address listed. Please note: this address and warranty is for defective jewelry only. Please see our other FAQs for instructions on receiving an exchange or different size ring.
STERLING SILVER JEWELRY: Your stunning sterling silver CZ jewelry is guaranteed against defect for a full thirty days after receipt. Please follow our other FAQs to send back this type of jewelry for replacement of non-defective sterling silver jewelry.
Any alteration to the jewelry being returned negates any exchange and/or refund!

Do you have a catalogue?
Our inventory is ever changing, as we race to keep up with the hottest new runway trends. For that reason, it's impossible for us to keep a current print catalogue up-to-date. Keep checking our web store to make sure you have the hottest new looks!
We also offer a monthly newsletter (the Eleganza Jewels E-Club) which showcases our monthly specials. These specials are normally based on the birthstone of the NEXT month (to allow people plenty of shopping time before that special birthday, anniversary, or occasion!) The newsletter goes out normally mid-month.
For example, December's birthstone is Blue Topaz, so in mid-November, the newsletter will highlight a wide selection of Blue Topaz and Blue Topaz CZ jewelry. We also highlight jewelry that coincides with the next month's holiday or special occasions - in this example, that would be Christmas, Hannukah, and Kwanza!

How do you keep your prices so low?
We have long-term established relationships with a large number of national and international manufacturers. We do NOT dropship, nor do we employ any "middle men", therefore we're able to cut prices to the bone. Don't let the prices fool you, we have absolutely gorgeous jewelry, high quality, durable, and very eye-pleasing!
If I do not like my merchandise, may I return it?
We want you to not only be completely satisfied but impressed with your beautiful new jewelry!
If you are not completely satisfied, return it in its original condition for a refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable in this instance, and a 20% restock fee applies.
If you prefer to exchange for another style or piece of jewelry, or different size ring, additional shipping charges will apply. Please note: Any alteration or damage to the jewelry negates this policy. Please contact us prior to returning jewelry for a company issued RMA number, to be placed prominently on all packaging.
What do I do if my ring doesn't fit?
Upon return receipt of your ring, we will re-size it to a corrected size, additional shipping charges will apply. After 14 days there will be an additional charge for resizing, please contact us in advance of returning rings for a quote per case. Please note: any alterations or damage to the ring negates this policy.
How soon will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we'll acknowledge it the same day, or next business day if the order is placed during off hours, including weekends and holidays. We ship most ground orders within 24-48 hours. We do our very best to ship Express and priority orders the same day (in that order). If there is any reason for delay of shipment, you will be notified immediately.
You'll also receive a 2nd email with shipping notification and delivery confirmation number once your order ships. Please allow one to four weeks for delivery, depending on location and shipping method selected.
Backorders are very, very rare at Eleganza, since we strive to live up to our motto of "what you see is what you get!" and have all items in stock at all times. If there is a backorder, you will be notified immediately upon receipt of the order. Backorders will be held for up to 2 weeks (at your discretion). Partial orders will not be shipped unless and until you, the customers, signify that you are willing to accept partial orders. If you decide to accept a partial order, no further shipping charges will apply once the backorder ships out.
We ship exclusively through the United States post office. If you prefer a different shipper, we'll be happy to oblige,although shipping prices may vary.

How do I get my finger sized?
For the most accurate fit, visit a local jeweler and have your finger sized for a broad band ring. Many of our exquisite jewelry pieces can be resized, but many are not resizeable, due to the high polished rhodium or platinum finish they carry. What are your shipping fees?
Eleganza Jewels offers one low shipping fee for domestic U.S. and Canadian shipping, no how much you buy! Our jewelry ships via USPS first class mail, insured with delivery confirmation. You will not see an insurance mark on your package since we insure through our private insurer, www.u-pic.com. Rest assured, your order is fully protected against damage or loss! See the FAQ regarding international shipments for those fees. We also offer expedited 2-3 day and 1-2 day shipping at very reasonable rates!
Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?
Yes, we do! Below you will find a complete list of countries we ship to. We consider Canadian orders the same as domestic U.S. orders, free shipping for our friends to the north!

We are currently working on instituting other options for our loyal international customers, and will notify you of any changes via our newsletter! Can I fax, phone in, wire/bank transfer, or mail in a payment to pay for my order?
Absolutely! If you want to use any of these options, just click the "mail in payment" option at checkout.

Phone in orders: You may either call (518) 961-2034 to provide credit card information, or provide your phone number with a note in the "special requests" area of the order form and ask us to call you. Please note the best time to contact you.
Fax in orders: We run our telephone and fax lines on one line, so please indicate in the "special requests" area of the order form that you wish to fax your order. If we are in-shop, we'll notify you that the fax line is available. If it is after-hours, please let us know what time during normal operating hours you will be faxing your order in, and we'll make sure to have the fax line available. We'll email a receipt of fax to you immediately.
